Like any other living, breathing organism, the communication process must succumb to evolution. Actually, to say it's evolving might be an understatement.

All the while consumers are more in control – accessing what information they want, when they want and where they want. The transformation has even reached a point where the consumers are now producing content themselves.

Time, location and relevancy rule supreme. It's a brave new world where only one constant remains – change.
