No one likes to make a visit to the E.R.   But for those who are making the trek, we were able to get them to come to our client Louisiana Medical Center & Heart Hospital’s E.R. over the other 4 options in the area.  With a recently expanded E.R. department and more beds to fill, we spent most of the summer and fall of 2009 rolling out branded awareness executions throughout the area.  Over the course of the 3rd quarter campaign,  the emergency room’s traffic increased 50.5% from the same period in 2008.
