If you’re passionate about media, how people use media to get and share information, and how media impacts how people behave, we want to talk. We’re growing and looking for an amazing Account Director with media planning experience to work on several accounts and be responsible for their campaigns’ performance. The perfect person will have client interaction, responsible for dissecting category research and client data, designing media strategies, working with planners and buyers to build communication plans for both offline and online tactics, participating and overseeing campaign launch and maintenance, and optimization efforts. Will interact within a team environment in the agency and report to agency CEO.

Must Have:

Food & beverage, hospitality or healthcare experience a plus

3+ years as account director experience

5+ years of agency media planning or client side experience

Strong understanding of business strategy, trends and metrics

Must be able to manage a team and execute a strategy

Ability to create unique opportunities to bring brand and audience segments together

Strong ability to extract actionable insight from client and 3rd party research




This is a paid position that will assist in all aspects of the advertising campaign process, including initial research, data gathering and zip code analysis, generating campaign Insertion Orders, building Spec Sheets, creating digital campaign tags, pulling report numbers (GA, DoubleClick, vendor) for weekly pacing/performance reports, assisting with mid and/or post flight analytics data and report decks, invoice entry, calling for/entering invoices, and assisting Accounting with filing and general paperwork.

Must Have:

Commit at least two semesters (or summer + one semester) to the agency (we prefer a full year commitment)

Must commit 20+ hours a week during semester and 30-40 hours a week during summer

Enrolled in Junior level or high marketing, advertising or communication curriculum

Experience with online and social media applications and proficient in MS Office software

Have general knowledge of advertising and marketing

Must be well spoken, articulate and communicate effectively

Must be resourceful and have the ability to work autonomously
