Situation

New Orleans based Singer Kitchens, a provider of kitchen cabinet products and remodeling services, saw a sharp increase in their competitive set post Hurricane Katrina. Even with some of the new companies offering inferior products, the enhanced competition was still affecting Singer Kitchen’s market share and growth. The client asked us to develop a campaign that would retain and recapture its market share and insure continued sales growth by increasing store traffic.

Implementation

The location of each Singer Kitchens store, as well as post Hurricane Katrina rebuilding, played a key role in the geographical implementation.

Results

  • Foot traffic to the showrooms increased 30-40% the weekends following the free standing insert drop.
  • $20 return on every $1 spent on delivery of the messaging.
